What is perfect for summer BBQs that not only makes a great dip for chips but is also a delicious topping for most grilled foods? Pico de gallo.

Ingredients:
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped *seeded for mild, half seeded for medium, leave seeds in for hot*
1 Cup Red onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp Garlic, minced
1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
1/8 Tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
In a bowl, stir all ingredients together until combined.
Serve fresh.
Makes: 2 cups (16 oz)
