Spanish Rice (Vegan, GF)

I kinda skipped over Thanksgiving themed food… I promise I will make it up to all of you by posting some great Christmas recipes but in the meantime here is my most favorite rice recipe!

This rice pairs great with enchiladas, fajitas, tacos, and beans. My favorite simple meal is this Spanish rice with black eyed peas (seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) on top, SO tasty.

I hope you all love this Spanish Rice! It is;

Spicy

Garlicy

Flavorful

& Easy

Directions:

In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, bring rice, vegetable broth, and vegan margarine to a boil. Let boil about 5-8 minutes or until liquid reduces. Lower heat to medium.
