Easy Vegan Chipotle Aioli

A quick and easy way to spice up your sandwiches! Simply throw all ingredients into a food processor, blend, and spread.

This Vegan Chipotle Aioli is:

Spicy

Creamy

Garlicy

Slightly citrusy

and delicious

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise

1 Tsp Minced Garlic

2 Chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce

1/2 Lime juiced

1/8 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

Directions:

In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until thoroughly mixed and smooth.

Keep in a closed/covered glass container in refrigerator up to 3-4 days.
