Beach Club Sandwich

This sandwich is like avo toast but in lunch form, so yeah way better than avo toast. A super simple, easy to make, delicious, sandwich with “beachy” vibes. What more could you possibly ask for?

I feel kinda silly including instructions on how to make a sandwich this simple, but I am just in case you want to know how to make a sandwich “like a boss”

4 slices Bread, toasted (I use Eureka saaa-wheat bread)

1 Avocado

1 Tbsp Vegenaise

2 Provolone style slices

Spinach and/or sprouts

Grape tomatoes, sliced

Salt & black pepper


Spread roughly 1/2 Tablespoon of Vegenaise to each sandwich, smash on a hearty amount of avocado, if desired sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top of smashed avocado, layer on sliced grape tomatoes, add slice of nondairy provolone,  a handful spinach or sprouts, devour.
