I don’t think I have ever met a vegan that didn’t love avocados. Here is a quick and super simple way to use those avocados that you love so much. Go ahead, make some Guacamole, its so easy you now have no excuse not to.
Perfect to dip chips and veggies in, or top your Buddha bowl, taco, fajita, burrito, or like any other favorite vegan meals with it.

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 Tsp Ground cumin
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
Directions:
In a bowl, smash avocados and lime juice together with a fork until creamy but slightly chunky. Stir in ground cumin, sea salt, and chopped cilantro.
Top with extra cilantro if desired.
Makes about 1 cup (8 oz) Guacamole
